Terms of Use

UppNu · Last updated 6 August 2026

These terms apply to your use of the UppNu iPhone app. By downloading or using UppNu you agree to them.

Licence

UppNu is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, which you can read here: Apple Standard EULA. Where anything below conflicts with that agreement, the Apple agreement takes precedence.

Subscriptions

UppNu offers auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock the app's full functionality.

Current prices and periods are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase.

Using the app safely

UppNu includes physical missions, such as push-ups, that you may choose to use to switch off an alarm. You take part in these at your own risk, and you should not attempt them if you have any injury or medical condition that makes physical activity unsafe. UppNu is not a medical device and does not provide medical or health advice.

Alarms

UppNu schedules alarms using Apple's system alarm features. While we work to make alarms reliable, we cannot guarantee that an alarm will always sound — device settings, software updates, low battery, or a powered-off phone can all prevent it. Do not rely on UppNu alone where missing a wake-up would have serious consequences.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or attempt to circumvent the app's subscription functionality.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page with the date at the top.
